Open Door VPN is a lightweight, privacy-first VPN client for Android. It was built for one reason: to give people a fast, secure, and genuinely private way to reach the open internet — without the data harvesting, account walls, or hidden tracking common in many "free" VPN apps.
Our mission
Privacy should be simple. We believe a VPN should protect your connection and then get out of your way. Open Door VPN keeps zero activity logs, never inspects or transmits your browsing, and integrates no analytics, crash-reporting or tracking SDKs. The build you download here shows ads through the Unity Ads SDK; an ad-free build exists for store distribution but is not currently offered. The most private data is the data that's never collected.
How it works
Open Door VPN establishes an encrypted tunnel between your device and the server you connect to, using the high-performance Xray-core engine. Your traffic flows directly to that server and we never monitor or log it. You can add your own servers, import a subscription, or use the built-in free servers — which fetch their list from our backend and report only an anonymous load-balancing count, never your browsing.
What makes it different
- No logs, no tracking. No personal data, browsing history, IP addresses, or telemetry are collected.
- Modern protocols. VLESS, VMess, Trojan and Shadowsocks over TCP, WebSocket, gRPC, HTTP/2 and XHTTP transports.
- Strong encryption. TLS 1.3, AES-GCM, ChaCha20-Poly1305 and XTLS.
- On-device only. Server settings are stored locally and removed completely when you uninstall.
- Full-device protection. Every app's traffic is routed through the encrypted tunnel.
